Our Policies
Butterflies & Miracles is a hand crafted soap making company. Because we want our customers to receive the freshest product possible, most of our soaps are made for you when you order them. We do not keep a large stock of “ready-made” inventory on hand. This permits us to customize every order.
Butterflies & Miracles does our best to process each order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our average turn around time for an order is 3-5 days. Please contact us if you need your order quicker than that and we will let you know if that can be done.
Currently our preferred method of payment is Paypal. Paypal payments will get your products to you the quickest since Paypal is an online payment program and money can be sent and received immediately. If you do not have Paypal, it is very easy to get and use (www.Paypal.com). We will, however, accept money orders or bank checks in lieu of Paypal.
We do not accept returns or issue credits or refunds as we cannot restock a custom, handcrafted product.
Every product we make is hand crafted in small batches, therefore, color variations are expected and even celebrated and enjoyed.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping is estimated. We will confirm shipping and handling charges prior to mailing your package we do charge a small handling fee just to cover the cost of our packing materials. An additional 6% sales tax will be applied for customers in New Jersey.
